What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design. You can mix sizes within that quantity.
How long does a sample take?
Samples take about 3 weeks from design approval.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production takes 3 to 4 weeks after sample approval, depending on the order quantity.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship worldwide with FedEx, DHL and UPS. League orders can be packed separately by team.
Can I use my own design and brand labels?
Yes. Send your artwork or idea and we prepare a free mockup. We also offer woven labels, printed labels, hang tags and custom poly bags for private label orders.
Which sports do you make uniforms for?
Basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, flag football, American football, 7v7, volleyball, ice hockey, rugby, cheerleading, cycling and motocross.
Can you make products that are not listed on the website?
Yes. We also make wrestling singlets, rash guards, MMA shorts, lacrosse uniforms, tennis apparel, bowling shirts, darts shirts and baseball bat bags, and much more. Send us your idea and we will quote it.
Do I need exact sizes when I request a quote?
No. An approximate quantity is enough for your quote. Once your order is confirmed, we send you the size chart and you provide the sizes.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Send us your previous order details and we will reproduce it.
Do you make women’s and youth sizes?
Yes. We make youth sizes and women’s and girls’ cuts as well as men’s.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is in Sialkot, Pakistan. We ship worldwide.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
We reply to every enquiry within 12 hours, by email or WhatsApp.
Are samples free?
No. Samples are charged, and we confirm the sample cost with your quote. Design mockups are free.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be possible depending on our production schedule. Please ask us before you order so we can check availability for your dates.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 50% advance to start production and the 50% balance before shipment. Repeat customers can get more flexible payment terms.
